Equipe can provide a comprehensive training and assessment programme to upskill highly experienced individuals so that they can competently assess individuals in the workplace.

The assessment process involves the individuals registering a minimum of two candidates for NVQs in their area of occupational competence and assisting them to work towards their qualification.

The course will take each trainee assessor through the whole NVQ process. This will include the introduction to assessment methods, how to develop a robust assessment plan, understanding and following the awarding boy’s assessment strategy and how to make competence decisions.
