Pricing.

Simple and clear financial control

Costs for KeyLogbook could not be more straightforward. There is a ‘Primary’ cost that includes an Administrator user AND a Logger user, and then a different cost for the other types of users that can be added at a later point.

Primary Account

This is the account that gets you started on KeyLogbook. It is £50 a month and includes one Administrator and one Logger. It allows you to get up and running with KeyLogbook, but saves you money as it’s two user types for one combined price.

All others

All other users after the Primary are priced at £35 a month. Whether you want to add another Administrator, a Project Manager, more Loggers or want to provide access to a Client, it’s all the same cost. No hidden fees and no extra content behind a sneaky paywall.

Where KeyLogbook differs from other on-site logging platforms is the complete financial control it offers you. There are no contracts. You decide how many users you require on a month-to-month basis.

Have an unexpected increase in workload and need to send out another two loggers? Add them to your account. Work gets completed early? Remove them. Fees are calculated at the end of each month, so you are not locked into 12-month contracts and you only pay for the proportion of the month you have used.

We offer a one-month trial of the app for absolutely free. That means you get a full month of instant AGS data access and on-site logging without spending a penny. After you fall in love with how much time it saves you, you’ll need a paid Portal Account and a paid User Account to get going.

Absolutely. In this industry, you’re not always guaranteed the best signal in a field in the middle of nowhere. That is why we have made sure you can continue to log all of your data and it will be saved locally. As soon as you are back online, you can then synchronize with our cloud servers and your data will be uploaded instantly.

Once you complete a log and upload it, the data is stored in our secure online AWS cloud server. The data from your device syncs with the cloud so Portal Users can review, edit and/or download all data in-browser.

Portal users include Administrators, Project Managers and Clients. Device users are the Loggers.

The Administrator is the main administrative account that controls financial information, adds new users and devices to the account and grants external access to projects. It is the hub of the app. Administrator accounts can access all projects, holes and machine data for all users under their subscription via the in-browser Portal.

Project Managers have all of the same access rights and abilities as an Administrator, without the financial control. They can setup new projects, new holes, new tests and add new equipment, but they cannot authorise a new device to be registered to the account.

Logger accounts are tied to individual devices, which must be registered by an Administrator. These are the users and devices that are out in the field doing the logging. They don’t have all of the access privileges as the portal users, but they have the ability to start new holes and tests in their assigned projects. They can also send their logs and AGS data output as an email attachment directly from the app.

Yes, KeyLogbook allows for customisation, with company names and logos on all log outputs.

Yes, Loggers, Administrators or Project Managers can all add extra holes, either in the portal or directly from the device. This is especially useful if a hole needs to be relocated and another drilled, such as BH1 being moved to BH1A.

Absolutely. KeyLogbook allows users to print sample labels to a Bluetooth-paired printer for quicker, simpler labelling. Logs can also be printed directly from the app.
