COVID-19 Information

Last updated 16th June 2021

The health and safety of our attendees is the number one priority for us at Geotechnica 2021. Following the disruption to normality that has occurred across the world during the last 18 months, it is vital to us that we provide a vital opportunity for face-to-face interaction and a return to some semblance of normality; however, it is crucial that we do this as safely and securely as possible.

Geotechnica will take place in July under Step 3 of the government’s roadmap and will adhere to all government guidance regarding COVID safety. We have worked alongside the host venue for Geotechnica, the Warwickshire Event Centre, to ensure the event is delivered safely so that all sponsors, exhibitors and visitors can return to a face-to-face environment with confidence.

Risk assessments have been completed and reviewed as appropriate and we are committed to working safely together to protect us all.

Social Distancing

All indoor walkways are at least 3m + to allow for social-distancing when traversing the exhibition hall. When moving around Geotechnica, we ask you to please keep to the left of any gangway to minimise paths crossing where possible.

We are advising attendees not to engage in handshakes. Please also, where possible, refrain from sharing business cards with one another.
