The Geotechnica Passport
The Geotechnica Passport is a new visitor challenge designed to encourage attendees to explore more of the exhibition, visit participating stands and engage directly with exhibitors.
Visitors will be invited to complete a series of simple challenges located around the event. Each challenge will be hosted by a Passport Partner, meaning participants must visit their stand and interact with their team in order to complete that stage of their Passport.
On completion of a task, the Partner will stamp the visitor’s Passport with their own custom branded stamp, provided by us to participating Partners. Each Passport can only be stamped once by each Partner.
Once visitors have completed the required number of challenges, they will return their Passport to us and be entered into a prize draw to win a substantial bundle of site equipment, workwear, tools, vouchers, software access and other prizes contributed by participating companies.

As a Passport Partner, your stand becomes an official stop on the Geotechnica Passport route. That means guaranteed visitors to your stand, so you can start a conversation and spend time engaging with potential customers.

For Event Partners only. This price is additional to exhibition space and the one-off £250 + VAT partnership.
Only six Passport Partner packages are available. Passport Partners will also be asked to contribute a prize or prize value of at least £100 towards the overall Geotechnica Passport prize bundle.

What the challenges are? That’s up to you! It might involve answering a technical question, identifying a piece of equipment or soil sample, completing a short activity or game, watching a demonstration or learning something about a product or service.

The Prize Bundle
Example prizes may include: workwear, boots, gloves, tools, site equipment, training, software access and practical site kit, plus fun additions such as LEGO, vouchers and other prizes. The aim is a bundle worth several thousand pounds, contributed by participating exhibitors.
